"While implementing the Prodigy training program, I saw a clear improvement in our team's overall performance.  On-ice training and daily practices can only take a team so far, but it's the off-ice training that really makes the difference in a player's individual performance and his/her impact on the team. As a group, we suffered fewer injuries throughout the course of the year and had greater stamina which allowed us to be the better team in the third period.  While developing a training program that was hockey-specific, Prodigy increased our players' individual speed and strength which directly attributed to team success. If it weren't for the Prodigy program we would not have made it to the semi-finals of the ACHA Division I National Tournament."

"Prodigy ran all the off-ice training for our Summer training camp.  After only a week, I began to see tremendous results both off and on the ice.  My team sustained very few injuries this season.  Our speed was up and even more importantly our relatively under-sized team was dominant in the physical play in the corners.  Following the Prodigy system has lead to stronger, faster, less injury-prone athletes.  The results speak for themselves."

"Prodigy Performance Training has gotten my workouts back online and my body feeling great.  With just an 8 week program I was able to put on 10 pounds of muscle.  In addition to this, I feel an overall greater sense of stability in my very injury prone knee.  I have gone so much further in my training than I ever would have reached on my own."

"As a Certified Athletic Trainer working with any sport, it is paramount to have access to a GREAT strength and conditioning program that is: (1) sport-specific by design; (2) easy to implement; (3) dynamic enough to accommodate for the pre-season, in-season, post-season and off-season; (4) designed to increase performance and subsequently decrease injuries; and (5) interesting and challenging enough to maintain athlete compliance.  Over the past 2 years, Prodigy's Performance Training Program has served as an excellent form of pre-habilitation, thereby reducing the number of minor (non-traumatic) injuries that can plague a collegiate ice hockey team.  The programs were designed to target neuromuscular mechanisms to help ice hockey players optimize their performance by facilitating increases in speed, power, agility, stamina, and muscle balance.  With the parity in athletics today, the difference between a good and great ice hockey team has made a shift; it is less about talent level and more about off-ice, technically sound, workout programs.  By employing the ever-dynamic Prodigy program, the athletes performed better on the ice, making the ACHA Division I National Semi-Finals last year, and spent less time in the Athletic Training Room."
